You grow in these five strengths — not fixed classes. Everyone uses all of them.
- Reclaim words to fill the medallion. When it’s full, you can face the boss — and the Seven Beings come home.
- Side trails open after the Reality Check. Optional, and worth it — they make the boss easier and much funnier.
- Speaking is the brave part. Go at your pace; nothing here shames a wrong turn.
- Everything you reclaim goes into your Bundle — open it any time to see the words you’ve carried home. The language is part of our bundle; this is you gathering it back.
Your words, your way
If a word here isn’t how your community says it or spells it, you can change it — any time, anywhere in the game. There is no single “correct” Anishinaabemowin. Yours is right, and yours belongs here.

⚑ Intro prototype. Story is Maya’s own (Biskaabiiyaang: The Beginning / The Quest, from the Battle System + Unity booklet). No Anishinaabemowin generated. The 8th fire is not named here — we open mid-war, on purpose.
